Summer Challenge – Jugo Juice

BVS Fitness Centre will be hosting Summer Challenge from June 3rd to June 30th.

 


The goal is to complete 12 workouts in the month of June to fill up your paper cup on the wall and get a free Jugo Juice!

  • Workout must start and end at the Bow Valley Square Fitness Centre
  • Maximum one workout per day recorded
  • Minimum 30 minutes per workout

Once you’ve completed your 12 workouts and your cup is full claim your smoothie voucher at the front desk. At the end of the challenge, all participants who have met the minimum requirements to complete the challenge will be entered into the grand prize draw.

These Pancakes are incredibly versatile and can easily be stored in the freezer. Throw them into the toaster for a quick breakfast on the go or broken up and mixed in with yogurt with some berries.
